HISTORY
In September 2006, at the heart of the old "TIGER BAY" (now known as RED DRAGON CENTRE, Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff), SPICE ROUTE was created.
A local family businessman, Afzal Khan, designed and opened Cardiff's 1st "ISLAND BUFFET" restaurant.
His vision of evolving cuisine from around the world turned into food fashioned to our taste..hence SPICE ROUTE.
