Pratap Reddy (Head Chef)
Pratap is the Head Chef in Spice Route. He is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Hotel Management, the Premier Hotel Management Institute in India. He is an expert in Continental Cuisine. Pratap has more than 25 years of experience of working as Chef. His credentials include working in Taj Group of Hotels in India, Deccan Oddessy Hotel Group in India, Farringford Hotel in Isle of Wight and Hotel De Havelet in Guernsey.
During his long and successful career, Pratap has appeared in Indian Television and has won many competition of international standing.
Pratrap is an authority in Indian and continental food. He is very passionate about serving the best food to the customers. He constantly endeavours to improve the quality of food in Spice Route.
