With dishes from the Sub-continent, East Asia, Far East, and Mediterranean there is a dish to suit all tastes and even satisfy the fussy eaters.
The open plan restaurant lets you see what’s being cooked by the chefs who work behind the central cooking area.
You can also have some dishes cooked exactly to your liking right in front of you with the ingredients of different colours and textures of your choice on show.
With dishes from India, Europe, Malaysia and Thailand the only trouble you’ll have is deciding which one to chose. But the beauty of the Spice Route is you can try them all as the eat as much as you like offer will make sure everyone’s tummy is kept happy and it won’t break the bank. I was told after my visit that their homemade soup was definitely a must to try but at least it gives me an excuse to visit again.
