CHEF - Experienced Chef required to work in a family buffet restaurant located in the popular Cardiff Bay area. To apply for the position a minimum of 2 years experience and Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering is required. Key skills would include delivery of food service, achieving food margins & systems compliance. Duties & Responsibilities would include working in a team environment, assisting other Chefs with preparation of the daily buffet under the guidance of the Head Chef /Manager. Prefered additional personnel skills would be the ability to interact with customers on our 'Island' Buffet whilst cooking on a Stir-Fry Wok Station.
